Wiped film evaporator is the use of high-speed rotation into a uniform distribution of the liquid film evaporation or distillation carried out an effient evaporation, distillation equipment, but also for deodrization, defoaming reaction and heating and cooling unit operation can be widely applied in Western pharmaceutical, food, light industry, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries.
1. The heat transfer coefficient is high, large evaporation capacity, evaporation intensity can reach 200kg/㎡/h, high thermal effciency.
2. Material heating time is short, between about 5-10 seconds, and work under vacuum conditions, more favorable for heat-sensitive material, maintaining a variety of ingredients does nor produce any decomposition, to ensure product quality.
3. To adapt to a wide range of vicosity, low viscosity materials can handle the material viscosity up to 100,000 CP.
